Bentham

I finished my last ever university exam this week so now I just have to sit back and relax and begin the wait for the results! Eeeeek! My Dad was away for a few days in Bentham so I went to visit him for the day. The weather was really lovely and we went to see the 'elephant rock' and ended the evening having a BBQ for tea! It was really nice to do something chilled compared to the past month of constantly revising!

The elephant rock is one of my favourite places to go to for a walk and a relaxing day. Its basically in the middle of nowhere and, from its name, looks like a giant elephant. You can climb to the top of it and see for miles and miles. There are also loads of sheep that wander about nearby which are really cute :)

Alice In Wonderland Tea Party

Yesterday we stumbled across an Alice In Wonderland themed tea party on campus. There was music, funfair games, face painting and of course lots of food. Muffins, cake pops, sweets, tarts and cookies galour and of course some sandwiches. It was down by the duck pond on campus and had loads of cute decorations, as the weather was quite nice it was lovely to take a little break from revision and sit outside for a bit. All of the proceeds went to Teenage Cancer Trust so I hope that they made a lot. Obviously we indulged in lots of food, but as its for a good cause the calories don't count, right? :P
